Our selling experience was GREAT. This was the 4th home we have bought so we were somewhat familiar with the process and have used other realtors in the past.
Jess and Eric made our home buying experience the BEST we have ever had. We had the most personal one on one attention. They worked around our schedule and were available any time we needed them or had questions. We did recommend Jess and Eric to my brother-in-law. His family is now in their new home and love it. We lived in a different state and was trying to sell a home in Mt. Juliet, TN without a realtor. Jess contacted us about listing the property with her. She got information together and she was so helpful because of her knowledge and we felt confident that when we listed it with her - the property would sell. From the time we listed it to the closing date of the property it was approximately seven weeks which was fantastic!
